HR is the corporate department responsible for all things relating to employees and employment.
Project 1: Job Descriptions
Work with business line leaders to update and store current job descriptions on eBrooks (intranet). Job Descriptions are a vital part of a business, describing the requirements a person must have to complete the job as well as experience necessary to be qualified. The intern will be able to work with the HR department and Managers throughout the company to make sure all job descriptions are accurate, up to date and have a corresponding job code that is recorded in the payroll system.
Project 2: Annual Evaluations
Work with business line leaders to update and store current annual evaluations on eBrooks (intranet). Annual evaluations are a regulatory requirement to be completed at least annually. The intern will get to work directly with Business Line leaders to improve and update the annual evaluation process and document the specific annual evaluation forms utilized in the different business lines and/or departments.
