Work with business line leaders to update and store current job descriptions on eBrooks (intranet). Job Descriptions are a vital part of a business, describing the requirements a person must have to complete the job as well as experience necessary to be qualified. The intern will be able to work with the HR department and Managers throughout the company to make sure all job descriptions are accurate, up to date and have a corresponding job code that is recorded in the payroll system.
Project 2: Applicant Tracking System Job Descriptions
Work with our ATS coordinator to enter job description for job postings into our applicant tracking system for posting. The job descriptions will be in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) format and will follow a template. The project will be to enter content into the job descriptions.
