    Registered Nurse (RN) Flex, Inpatient, Full-Time 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11am-7pm, Jacksonville, FL

     

    We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient nursing team in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time position is located at our Brooks Rehabilitation Inpatient Hospital.

    Responsibilities

    The Registered Nurse is responsible for the nursing care planning and management of patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. The Registered Nurse will identify patient care requirements, establish a compassionate environment, promote patient's independence, and assures quality of care. The Registered Nurse implements a nursing plan of care by utilizing basic nursing skills and scientific principles.

     

     

    This full-time flex position will have patient assignments throughout the hospital and will not be assigned to a specific unit.  The position will receive a competitive shift differential for flexing from unit to unit.

    Qualifications

     Registered Nurse Education and Experience Requirements: 

    • Registered Nurse with a State of Florida/Multi-State license.
    • Hands-on Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
    • Adheres to policies and procedures specific to patient rights.
    • At least two years of hospital/acute care or inpatient rehab facility experience.
    • Maintains hands-on BLS certification and assumes responsibility for maintaining required continuing education and unit specific credentials.
    • Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
