  • Overview

    The Kronos System Administrator role provides day to day support and maintenance of current and future applications to support all aspects related to HR, Payroll and staff scheduling operations within the company; administers  Kronos Workforce Central Timekeeper and Scheduler and acts as a technical lead for all systems and applications; provides management support for all projects and initiatives providing a structured and value added HR systems architecture; interfaces and collaborate with IT, HR, Staff Scheduling and Payroll resources in managing vendor and contractor relationship.



    • Bachelor's degree equivalent experience 
    • 3 years of scheduling applications and/or time and attendance experience 
    • Experience using Kronos Systems on the systems/administration side



    • General software applications knowledge and database administration 
    • Experience using Meditech


    Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, scheduling and payroll systems and be able to understand and utilize applicable technology applications.
