The Learning Department at Brooks provides endless opportunities for employees and student interns. We focus greatly on contunuous learning and always bettering ourselves in any way that we can. We provide education and training to all areas of the Brooks network, both clinical and non-clinical. We work hands on with every department to ensure our employees are performing at the highest level and are the best they can be!
Project: The Learning intern will be responsible for the bi-weekly CONNECT! Meetings. This is an opportunity for all interns to have a casual lunch with members of our executive team. Our intern will determine speakers, manage invites, order catering, and create flyers to market the CONNECT! schedule.
An intern in our department will have the opportunity to participate and assist with all types of courses, such as leadership development courses including: 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Crucial Conversations, and The Leadership Challenge; and the opportunity to work on national conference presentations and build relationships with senior leaders! Interns are given the opportunity to participate in different professional development courses offered by the Learning Department. This will grant the intern with many personal development opportunities as well as understanding the role the Learning Department serves within Brooks.
