Brooks AmeriCare Home Health, a home health agency that covers 23 counties across North and Central Florida, is seeking an engaging intern to help improve patient satisfaction and quality outcomes for their agency.

In this internship, you would be responsible for calling active patients in our census during their treatment with Brooks AmeriCare in order to collect information on how they would rate their care.

By doing so, you would be facilitating a relationship between the patient, the clinical office, and patient care team and also helping triage any potential issues that a patient may have.

The intern will also be helping improve the success of receiving a positive patient satisfaction survey from the patient since he or she will be facilitating dialogue about their care.

Our goal with this internship is that by completing these calls, we will see improved patient satisfaction results which will therefore improve our quality ratings with Value Based Purchasing and the Medicare Star Rating program.
