The Brooks Rehabilitation Administrative Residency Program is a paid 12-month program structured to provide a student, who has completed the didactic portion of their Masters in Health Administration, program practical experience in healthcare and exposure to various corporate and clinical functions. The resident will work closely with an executive mentor to determine relevant projects that meet both strategic business initiatives and match their professional interests. The resident will manage multiple concurrent projects in varying business lines and functional areas as a way to gain exposure to the many aspects of healthcare management. Brooks Rehabilitation expects to take one resident who will begin in June 2018. The application deadline is October 13, 2018.
The Administrative Residency is targeted toward highly driven individuals with strong communication skills and a practical knowledge of the healthcare industry. Qualified applicants will have completed the didactic portion of a CAHME accredited Health Administration Program prior to entry into the Residency Program.
