Front Desk Coordinator
Provide coverage of telephone and front desk duties. Answer incoming calls in a prompt, courteous manner according to Brooks customer service quality standards. Greet and assist all visitors in a professional and efficient manner. Front Desk duties to include but not limited to: scheduling appointments; maintaining or updating patient records; notifying the Therapist of patient’s arrival; help obtain revenue by collecting and recording all copay or coinsurance charges from the patient.

Hours Mon-Fri _Flexible between 7:00am-7:00 pm (8 hours/day only)
